Frequently Asked Quesitons

Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our baked goods:

What are the nutritional values and macros of your products?

Each product has the nutritional information and macros including Net Carbs in the description of the item listing on the website. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact us.

Where does the nutrition info come from?

The information is hand calculated for accuracy using my brand of ingredients. Net carb count excludes fiber and my erythritol and monk fruit because these do not affect blood sugar in most people.  (Total Carbs – Fiber – Sugar Alcohols = Net Carbs)

Are your products grain-free and gluten-free?

YES!  You will never find things like wheat flour, corn starch or dextrose in our products.

What type of ingredients do you use?

We use organic ingredients whenever possible to help our customers refrain from consuming hazardous chemicals that can cause possible health problems. We know that organic food is better than conventional because it is free from pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, antibiotics, etc. that are toxic to our bodies.

We always use grass-fed butter in our recipes. Grass-fed butter has a higher proportion of healthy, unsaturated fats and CLA than regular butter. Butter from grass-fed cows is also much higher in Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin K2, compared to butter from grain-fed cows.

What type of sweetener do you use in your products?

We exclusively use a blend of monk fruit and erythritol.

Monk fruit comes from Southeast Asia and contains natural sweetness hundreds of times that of sugar. It contains zero calories and has no harmful side effects. Erythritol is a mild sugar alcohol derived from fruits and plants.

Our sweeteners are a healthy, natural sweetener blend and has almost no aftertaste. These sweeteners are gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO and tooth friendly. This sweetener is also a ZERO glycemic impact product suitable for diabetics, low-carb, keto and anyone looking to cut calories without sacrificing sweetness.
